Tsugami S205 Convertible Swiss Style machine; NEW MACHINE 2021 The Tsugami S205-II is an enhanced, 20mm 5-Axis Opposed Gang Tool Swiss Type CNC Lathe. This machine is suitable for variable volume production with a wide range of capability. Its modular tooling layout can feature up to 16 different live tools, delivering increased capability and rapid changeover times. The S205-II CNC Lathe delivers a great deal of capability and brings Swiss turning speed, accuracy, and reliability to the shop floor. The Tsugami S205-II CNC Lathe is chucker CONVERTIBLE and may be run as a traditional sliding headstock Swiss Turn using the guide bushing or run without the guide bushing with the addition of an optional chucker kit. When run in chucker mode, the CNC lathe can use drawn bar stock instead of centerless ground stock, dramatically reducing remnant size and increasing shop flexibility. Tsugami B075 Convertible Swiss Style machine; NEW MACHINE 2022 The B075-III uses the same rugged framework as B0125-III but enables micro machining with higher spindle rpm capability. This 5-axis machine has back spindle capabilities along the Z2-axis and is able to eliminate many secondary operations. This convertible Swiss style lathe features a very high speed main spindle (15,000rpm) and sub spindle (12,000rpm). High speed is essential for precision in micro-machining small parts. The B075-III is CONVERTIBLE and may be run as a traditional sliding headstock machine using the guide bushing or run without the guide bushing with the addition of an optional chucker kit. Tsugami B0326 Convertible Swiss Style machine; NEW MACHINE 2022 The Tsugami B0326-III Swiss Type Lathe easily and quickly converts from direct-drive guide bushing barfed operation to non-guide bushing operation when fitted with a the included chucker kit. Ideal for round or prismatic parts, this added flexibility also reduces expensive material costs. Equipped with modular live tooling for quick changeovers and a large, easily accessible tool zone, the B0326-III CNC lathe is ergonomically designed for the North American market. A dual path FANUC 32i-B CNC slashes cycle time by permitting true simultaneous operation of the main and sub spindle. The addition of 8 live back working tools further enhances the turning center’s capabilities.
